Milwaukee MA957 Nylon Washer
Last week when I checked my CO2 tank, to my surprise, it was emptied after being refilled about a month ago. I think the culprit is because I reused the nylon washer and CO2 leaked. When I bought this regulator, it came with 2 nylon washers. I'm gonna stop by Cameron Welding to refill my CO2 tomorrow and will be using my last nylon washer. Anyone has any ideas where I get more of these nylon washers? I was gonna buy the Perma-seal but several websites stated that I does not work with Milwaukee regulator.

The guy at Cameron should give you a couple of washers. You can not reuse them.

I use the fiber ones they give me and haven't had any leaks if I stand on the wrench.

The perm-seal will not work with a MA957, it also uses a proprietary nylon grooved washer, while the fiber will work. I re-used the stock nylons for quite some time. I think the problem you may have is with the large nut loosening after a bit. I recommend re-checking the torque an hour or so after the initial install - I always seem to get another 1/8 or 1/4 turn.
*Edit - I have one of those Milwaukee seals lying around hear somewhere.

I apologize for my crummy advice... What do the mating surfaces on the ma957 look like? Pics?

You know how the stem on a CGA 320 has a small groove?
Well the stem on a milwaukee has a little deeper and wider groove.
So they have a lipped nylon washer that actually seats in that groove.

Oh, that's weird... It's like the betamax of regulators... Thanks for the clarification.

Went to Cameron to refill my CO2 yesterday but they don't carry the nylon washers that can be used with the MA957. They gave me a bunch of fiber washers for free. I'm currently using my last nylon washer that came with the regulator. You can reuse the washers Billie? How many re-uses can you squeeze out of the lil sucker?

are these the nylon washers you need? I wonder, because I'm going to get a milwaukee regulator also and plan to pick up a few extra washers if these are the right ones.

The regular Nylon's will work with a one time use - just remember to re-check the torque.
