Marimoball-It's grown in alot since then already Victor and the foreground is planted with glosso that you gave me.

Ghavoc- you were the one who got me started on the tiger lotus and its amazing. Thanks Armando.

update time:

I had a chance to do some water changes tonight and some trimmings too. After taking the photos I noticed that 2x67k bulbs are just too yellow for my taste. I am planning to pick up a pink bulb tomorrow to balance out the color just a bit.

Here are the photos and I hope you guys will enjoy it as much as I do.

looks nice Julian!!! I really like the lotus....have you been trimming it to keep it low and bushy??? or is it naturally growing like that??

Yes I do trimmed it to keep it nice and compact and I also noticed it's having babies already too like 3 babies from the center bulb.

Dan: to answer your previous question, Im going to try to keep it as long as I can but cleaning is a pain. Removing the fallen substrate is the most difficult part when it falls to the base of the bowl. I used a small tube to syphon out the substrate then but it back into the bowl again.
